Our newly remodeled facility features 160 skilled nursing beds and includes a large rehabilitation gym with state of the art equipment to help accelerate the recovery process of our residents. Our facility also offers assisted living for seniors that are able to live independently with minimum assistance. Our wide variety of services enables our patients and residents to receive the medical, restorative and supportive care they need. We serve many types of patient and resident needs from short-term rehabilitation to traditional long-term care. Our resident and family councils meet regularly to ensure that our residents’ needs are being met to their satisfaction. Our team of specialists including licensed nurses, therapists, social workers and activities coordinators establish a comprehensive treatment plan intended to restore you or your loved one to the fullest potential in a short amount of time.
