The facility maintains much of its original architecture, creating a comforting and familiar atmosphere for participants. Services Offered Structured Daily Activities: Participants engage in cognitive exercises, light physical activities, arts and crafts, music therapy, and social games designed to stimulate mental and physical well-being. Personal Care Assistance: Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) provide support with mobility, hygiene, medication reminders, and other personal care needs. Nutritional Support: Nutritious meals and snacks are provided daily, adhering to dietary guidelines to ensure participants' health and well-being. Veteran Services: As the only VA-contracted adult day care facility in Utah, DayBreak offers services to veterans at no cost, with the VA covering 100% of their allotted days.
