Long-Term Care: For individuals requiring ongoing residential support and assistance. Respite Care: Offering short-term stays for those in need of a temporary break or recovery period. On-Site Therapy Room: Equipped for rehabilitation, utilizing trained therapists. Physical Therapy & Range of Motion: Provided as needed. Fine Motor and Sensory Stations: Available for residents to use at their leisure. Individualized Meal Plans & Preparation: Daily menus are followed, considering residents' preferences and specialized diets. They also utilize fresh produce from an on-site garden. Individualized Care Plans: Developed collaboratively by the Home Manager, Medical Manager, Case Manager, and family members. On-Site Nurse & Professional Medical Charting: Utilizing an online medical program for charting and daily staff communication, with an on-call RN available. Transportation: Provided via a handicap-accessible van for appointments.
