RiverStone Health Hospice Home is a nonprofit hospice and home care provider located in Billings, Montana. Originally known as Big Sky Hospice, the program became part of RiverStone Health in 1998, and the broader RiverStone Health system was formally organized in 2008. The hospice program has a long-standing reputation for delivering high-quality, compassionate end-of-life care for individuals facing terminal illness. Their care philosophy emphasizes treating the whole person—body, mind, and spirit—while supporting the family through the caregiving and grieving process. Services are provided wherever the patient resides, whether at home, in a skilled nursing facility, or assisted living. Until mid-2024, RiverStone also operated a 12-bed inpatient hospice home, which has since transitioned to fully home-based hospice services.
