Sugarbush Manor provides comprehensive assisted living and memory care services, with a focus on individualized care plans: 24x7 Care by Highly Trained Caregivers: Staff are recruited for their passion to help and are specifically trained for residents' conditions and needs. Customized Care Plans: Developed to address specific physical, emotional, cognitive, and nutritional needs of each resident. Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Including bathing, eating, dressing, and toileting, with staff providing full assistance as needed. Medication Management and Monitoring: Ensuring accuracy and timely administration of medications. Dietary Management: Providing well-balanced, fresh, and delicious meals, with on-order options, snack availability, and accommodations for various diet modifications (e.g., special diets, diabetics on oral medications, special diets). Housekeeping and Laundry Services: Scheduled cleaning and laundry services are available for resident comfort and convenience. Transfer Services: Including assistance with walkers, wheelchairs, and Hoyer lifts for full transfers. Health Services: On-call physicians and medical staff are engaged for medical issues. They also offer wound care and support for residents under 60 years old. Hospice care and in-home health care are available through partnerships. Engaging Activities: Days are filled with stimulating activities, promoting a "sweet life." Examples include arts & crafts, literary activities, educational programs, music activities, tabletop & other games. They also have a movie room. Safety and Security: Door alarms and security measures, especially during night hours, are in place. Emergency call systems are also available.
