Swank Home Assisted Living provides comprehensive assisted living and memory care services, particularly for early to moderate stages of dementia, in an all-inclusive care model: 24-Hour Care: Constant supervision by trained and caring staff. Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Including bathing, dressing, and personal care. Medication Management: Complete medication management, including working closely with a pharmacy to ensure medications are on hand and communicating with physicians about health changes. Meals: Full-time cook prepares healthy and delicious home-cooked meals, served family-style. Fresh fruit, snacks, and coffee are available any time. Housekeeping: All housekeeping services are included, with rooms cleaned daily to maintain a clean, odor-free environment. Laundry Services: All laundry services are included, done twice weekly or more often if necessary. All Utility Services: Heat, electricity, and water are included. Daily Activities: A fun schedule of activities designed to enhance daily life, including Bingo, Sittercizes, crafts, games, movies, and music. Scheduled entertainers perform various styles of music. Church Services: Provided each Sunday. On-Site Professional Services: House physician, podiatrist, and beautician/barber services are available on-site. Hospice Care: Hospice services are available on-site for residents who need them. Respite or Short-Term Stays: Available. Specialized Memory Care Training for Staff: Nurse Call System: Pendant call system ensures caregivers know when assistance is needed. New Resident Assessment & Personalized Care Plan: An assessment is completed for potential new residents, and a care plan is created with their physician's input, encouraging independence. Amenities & Features: Private or semi-private suites available, often with an attached half bathroom. Rooms come furnished with a bed and dresser, but residents and families are encouraged to decorate with familiar furnishings from home. Cable television available in living and activity rooms.
