The Caregiver Professionals offers a comprehensive range of non-medical and some skilled nursing services, including: Personal Care Services: Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, ambulation (walking), and transfers (e.g., bed to chair). Toileting and incontinence care. Feeding assistance. Companionship Services: Providing social interaction, conversation, and emotional support. Engaging in hobbies, games, and recreational activities. Accompanying clients to appointments, errands, or social outings. Homemaker Services: Light housekeeping (e.g., dusting, vacuuming, laundry). Meal planning and preparation. Grocery shopping and running errands. Medication Reminders: Ensuring clients take their medications on time and as prescribed. Respite Care: Providing temporary relief for family caregivers, allowing them to rest and recharge. This can be scheduled for a few hours, days, or overnight. Skilled Nursing Services (RN/LPN): Skilled Observation & Assessment. Medication Management (e.g., injections, administration). Wound Care. Disease Management and Education. Catheter Care. Diabetic Care. Ventilator Care. Tracheotomy Care. Specialized Care Programs: Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Care: Specialized services for individuals recovering from or living with the effects of TBI. Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) Care: Dedicated support for individuals with spinal cord injuries. Dementia & Alzheimer's Care: Caregivers trained in strategies to support individuals with cognitive decline. Post-Operative Care. Chronic Illness Management. 24-Hour Home Care: Providing continuous support for clients with extensive needs. Transportation Services: Safe and reliable transportation for clients to appointments, social events, or errands.
