The campus of The Ohio Eastern Star Home is dedicated to leading the way into the future while providing the highest quality of services and enriching the lives of all we serve. Our innovation and adaptability support our environment for growth and promotes our commitment to being an industry leader. Founded in 1951, serving only Eastern Star members, and offering skilled nursing care in the 6 cottages which now serve as part of our Independent Living apartments. We soon purchased additional land increasing our acreage to 60 beautiful rolling acres and built more rooms to meet the health care needs of the local elders. In the 1990’s The Ohio Eastern Star Home opened its doors to all of Knox county and surrounding residents in addition to those who were members of Eastern Star. Today, no membership is required and we continue to serve all of Knox and surrounding areas. We are proud of our outstanding reputation of providing the most excellent health care in our area for over a half of century and making The Ohio Eastern Star Home a wonderful place for each person who chooses live here.
