The first phase, known as The Village at Lake West, was completed in 2009 and offers 360 apartment units for seniors aged 55 and older. The second phase, Lakewest Rehabilitation and Skilled Care, opened in 2011, providing post-acute medical care and skilled nursing services with a capacity of up to 118 beds. The third phase, Lakewest Assisted Living, began construction in 2012 and was completed in 2015, adding 130 apartment units for low-income seniors requiring additional care.
