Overview
Andrew is licensed in Michigan, Florida, New York, and New Jersey, with federal admission to the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida. A magna cum laude graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, he has experience in estate planning, probate litigation, family law, business litigation, and real estate transactions. Andrew began his legal career in Miami before relocating to Michigan, founding Babnik Law, PLLC, with offices in both states. Recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star (2016-2023), he has also earned ICLE certifications in Estate Planning (2017-2023) and Family Law (2019). A former Division I lacrosse and hockey player at SUNY Albany, Andrew now splits his time between Saline and Miami Shores with his wife and daughter. He also teaches continuing legal education in Condominium Law and assists multi-state clients, from snowbirds to young families, in navigating complex legal matters..
