Hi, I’m Christina Lesher, and I’m glad you’re here. Before becoming an elder law attorney, I was a caregiver for my 93-year-old grandfather, Everett, who had dementia and required 24-hour care. My family and I navigated Medicaid, in-home care, and hospice, experiencing firsthand the emotional and financial challenges of elder care. With a background in social work from Texas State University, I later worked for elder law attorneys, assisting families with Medicaid applications and nursing home decisions. After earning my law degree from the University of Houston Law Center, I gained experience in probate, guardianship, and healthcare ethics. Now, I combine my skills as a social worker, caregiver, and attorney to provide compassionate, expert legal guidance to families facing similar challenges..
