Gladstone N. Jones, III (“Glad”) is the founding member of Jones Swanson, with over 25 years of experience litigating environmental and commercial cases across multiple states. He has led landmark cases, including *Friloux v. Exxon*, which reformed Louisiana’s oilfield waste rules, and *Doré Energy v. Carter-Langham*, resulting in a historic $57 million land restoration judgment. Glad also spearheaded the ambitious lawsuit against nearly 100 oil and gas companies for Louisiana’s coastal land loss. Recognized by *Super Lawyers*, *Best Lawyers*, and *Chambers USA*, he actively serves on the boards of Xavier University, Stirling Properties, and the Gilder Lehrman Institute of American History.
