HCNH, a non­profit organization, is owned and managed by Hillsborough County dedicated to meeting the Skilled and Intermediate short and long term nursing needs of Hillsborough County Residents. HCNH offers a wide variety of care options utilizing a variety of resources enabling HCNH to better meet Resident/Patient's needs. We strive to meet higher standards of customer satisfaction and quality of life by providing a wide range of therapies and activities tailored to the diverse needs of our Residents. Our 24 bed Skilled unit brings an added dimension of skilled and sub­acute services to the Hillsborough County community. HCNH also offers a Hospice program under contract provides specialized services to the terminally ill. Three of our six nursing units exit directly to ground level which add to our warm setting.
