We are proud of our home and work hard at offering a positive, caring environment. We realize that applying for admission or being admitted to a nursing home can create anxiety for the prospective resident, family, and friends. Our hopes are to lessen that anxiety and help you feel as comfortable as possible, so we invite you to join us for a visit and tour of our facility. This provides an opportunity for us to understand how we can meet your needs, a well as answer any questions you might have. We are also available to assist, as well as educate the applicants, residents, and family members of their rights concerning Advanced Directives. The Social Service Department is available to answer questions and provide assistance concerning Durable Health Care Powers of Attorney and / or Living Wills. We also have booklets that will help describe what Advanced Directives are and how they help us as providers to meet your values and goals. Our packet includes information regarding Residents Rights, our Facility Policy on Abuse Reporting and our Privacy Policy. We, as professionals, enjoy being a part of Long Term Care. Our goals are to have informed residents that we can build positive relations with and work together in meeting your needs.
