Mr. Griffin was born in New Orleans, Louisiana, on July 17, 1945. He graduated from Tulane University in 1967 and earned his law degree from Wayne State University in 1970. From 1970 to 1972, he served as a First Lieutenant in the United States Air Force. A highly respected attorney, Mr. Griffin has held leadership roles in the Genesee County Bar Association, State Bar of Michigan, and Michigan Defense Trial Counsel.
