Because different levels of care are needed to serve the community, we support and operate a stepping stone approach that offers our assisted living residential care program, as well as the Rockingham County Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. Together, these services offer a safe, caring, and sound system of care that allows families to choose the level of care that fits their needs and allows increased services when necessary. The Rockingham County Campus is owned and operated by Rockingham County. The philosophy of Rockingham County is to provide the highest quality care available to all residents of the campus. We encourage residents and families to bring small items from home that will assist in making the transition to placement.
